Kaleidoscope Consulting specialized in providing videoconferencing products and support for businesses, K–12 schools, and higher education institutions.

    • Initiated, planned, executed, and delivered complex technical projects for our clients.
    • Owned and operated VTCStream, an infrastructure as a service (IAAS) company that delivered and resold video streaming, multipoint conferencing, and hosting services to videoconferencing resellers around the world.
    • Installed and configured videoconferencing infrastructure devices and endpoints made by Polycom, LifeSize, Radvision, and Cisco as a contracted field engineer for VCAV and Video Insights. Worked on over 300 videoconferencing installation projects.

State Technical College of Missouri 2012–2019, Vice President, Board of Regents
Board is responsible for policy and direction for Missouri’s only public technical college. The State Technical College of Missouri has more than 35 programs and campuses in Linn and Mexico, Missouri. Work to enhance the college’s relationship with business, industry, and state government.

University of Missouri Undergraduate Curriculum Committee 2015–2017
The UCC reviews course changes and new courses after division approval to verify that the proposal does not duplicate a similar course, minor, certificate, or program already existing on the campus.

Boone County Industrial Development Authority 2005–2017, President (2005–2010), Member (2005–2017)
While on the IDA, developed a grant program to distribute IDA funds to economic development projects in Boone County. Over $160,000 was distributed through this program.

State Technical College of Missouri Presidential Search Committee 2015–2016
Committee is charged with recruiting candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making a recommendation to the Board of Regents regarding the selection of a new president for the college.

Mid-MO Broadband Planning Team 2010–2013
Worked to provide high-speed Internet services to 95% of Missouri’s citizens.

Columbia Public Schools District Technology Committee 2010–2013
The District Technology Committee is responsible for implementing the district technology plan for the Columbia Public School system.

Missouri Strategic Initiative for Economic Growth 2010–2011, Central Region Planning Team
Small business representative to the SIEG, which works to chart a path for transforming the Missouri economy into a long-term, sustainable, 21st-century growth economy.
